Questions
Why is my model the wrong size?+
Files do not always store units. glTF uses meters; STL and OBJ are often in millimeters or centimeters. Choose the unit and the size and the person update.
How accurate is the ruler?+
It measures between the points you click on the mesh surface, so accuracy depends on where you click and on the precision of the model itself.
Can I fix the scale?+
Use the Model Scaler tool to rescale and set the pivot, then download the model.
