Compare two 3D models
Drop two models and drag the divider. The camera is shared, so you compare the same view. A table shows triangles, vertices, file size and textures.

How it works
- 01
Drop model A on the left and model B on the right.
- 02
Rotate and zoom: both halves follow the same camera. Drag the divider to reveal more of either side.
- 03
For a file with LOD levels use Compare LODs to set the first and last level against each other.
Questions
What is it good for?+
Checking what polygon reduction or compression changed, comparing an original with an optimized model, or two versions of an asset.
What if the models have different sizes?+
The camera is shared in real units, so a larger model appears larger. That is the honest comparison.
How are LODs found?+
By node names ending in _LOD0, _LOD1 and so on, the naming Unity and Unreal use. Our LOD generator creates them.
