Tree fern
A tree fern with a slim fibrous trunk and a crown of arching fronds, made for tropical forest understory and jungle ground cover in games.
The tree fern has a slim fibrous trunk rising into a crown of long fronds. The fronds leave the rosette in a spiral, four to a whorl, arching outwards and bending at the tips. It grows in humid tropical and subtropical understory, stream banks and montane forest. In a scene it works as understory ground cover and a vertical accent; LOD0–LOD3 keep the fronds crisp up close and light at distance. Collision, a pivot at the base and wind make placement on uneven terrain simple, and each new seed gives a new crown. Styles: low-poly and realistic. Exports to GLB, FBX and OBJ, plus packages for Unity, Unreal, Godot, Blender, three.js, Babylon.js, PlayCanvas and Bevy.
