Questions
Why is my model 100× too big?+
It was probably exported in centimeters or millimeters. Pick the right source unit to convert it to meters.
Why is it lying on its side?+
CAD and 3D-printing tools use Z-up; game engines use Y-up. Choose “Z” as the up axis.
Where should the pivot be?+
For trees, rocks and props — at the bottom center, so they stand on the ground when placed.
